126 Pixels, 0.67m x 0.67m
ABC-Straße 19, Hamburg
This is my very first try of Paper Pixel Art ever. I’ve wanted to do it for many years, after I saw some nice examples in our office in London, but in Hamburg, no one has ever done it before.
So, in July 2015, I secretly was hiding from colleagues to not get caught while doing this in the stairwell of my office during working time (of course I’ve added the hours later during afterwork), and I also wasn’t sure, what they were thinking of it.
Also, I accidentally ordered the wrong number of Sticky Notes, which is why one line of pixels is missing compared to the original design of Super Mario. For my first try, I also used smaller sticky notes (47.6mm), but the color selection isn’t that great, you basically only get the standard colors, so it was clear to me, that my next motif would be made of standard sized paper pixels 76mm x 76mm.
